Xero has announced upcoming changes to the pricing of several business subscription plans in New Zealand. These updates will take effect from 1 September 2025 and apply to both new and existing subscribers.
What’s changing?
From 1 September, the following monthly prices will apply (all prices exclude GST):
- The Xero Ignite plan will remain at $35 per month – no change.
- The Xero Grow plan will increase from $75 per month to $83 per month.
- The Xero Comprehensive plan will increase from $99 per month to $110 per month.
- The Xero Ultimate plan will increase from $113 per month to $125 per month.
- There are no changes to the pricing of the Xero Ledger or Cashbook plans.

Xero regularly reviews its pricing to ensure it can continue delivering a secure, reliable, and innovative platform. These updates support ongoing improvements and new features designed to help you run your business more efficiently—today and into the future.
Important information
- The details of this price change relate to subscribers on the Xero Grow, Comprehensive, and Ultimate plans in New Zealand only.
- The price of any optional Xero add-ons will not change.
- To find out what pricing plan you’re on, head to Subscription in your Xero account and check the ‘Subscription’ column.
- Pricing is subject to change at any time, on notice to you, as per our terms of use.
- If you are being moved by Xero to a subscription with special discounted pricing, that special discount pricing has not changed.
